Szkoła Eksploatacji Podziemnej '93 The Dnepropetrovsk Mining Institute has elaborated: 1) The new technology of the controlled undeground coal gasification process with the directed blasting suppły from the movable blasting-gas points, that makes possible the production of artificial gas, characterized by the calorific capacity in 8-15 mj/m3, that is 3-5 times higher than that of 2 functioning undeground gfsification enterprises of the USSR. 2) Hie new technology of gob flushing, which permits to łicuidate the fissuring of rock mass, the lowing of the earth surface, gas leak, to save the łandscjq)e and the fertile layer of earth surface. 3) The new technology of the creation of directed holing of holes at the UCG. UCG, by solving social problems, can be ecological małe nurse on the licuidation of negative conseąuences of modem fuel-and power complex: to clean the earth from the hard waste (ash-slag TS, coal entrichement slimes, shaft and roofind rocks, hard and toxic municipal waste) by the way of their gob flushing. It permits to decrease essentiałiy the lowings of the surface and return to agriculture temporarily foreign lands. Principally new in the solutions proposed, is the transition to the nonwaste technology, provided for the utilization of smoke waste. In this case the smoke waste enter to the pipeline from the power station back to the undeground generator, and under the high temperatures influence decompreses in non-toxic states. The proposed way of smoke waste decomposition is one of effective ways of struggle with hotbed effect, acidic rains and atmosphere smoke. The technical solutions permit to łicuidate heavy and safe labour of minere, to clean from the waste the inhabited medium, to reduce the morbidity of population, to increase the viability of ałl animate naturę, It was chainged Ihe very conception of struggle with the waste: instead of neutralization of waste - their prevention and utilization as raw products. At present, together with the project institute "Dneprogiproshaht" and with a number of other scientific and production organizations we finish the design of the experimental district UCG. Here all process flow diagram will be worked out and we shall obtain the parameters, necessary for projecting and the construction of a large-scale enterprise. The undeground coal gasification as well as cieaning and generator gas retreatment, will be conducted in automatic regime. For this purpose it is necessary to create the devices, which will permit to control the technological processes and to do that for the obtaining of optimal parameters. In particular, it's necessary to design the devices for the determination of fire face displacement in the conditions of gasification; installations for the express analysis of fuel gases and harmful impurities content in generator and productive gases; the apparatus for the automatic control of blasting pressure, temperature and the switching of blast and productive pipelines.
