IMPACT GEOLOGICAL CONDITIONS TO LEVEL SEISMIC RISK BASED ON EXPLOITATION OF 209 LAYER IN KWK PIAST-ZIEMOWIT ABSTRACT: The article presents the results of the analysis of the foci mechanism high-energy mining tremors accompanying exploitation of 209 layer in the area of longwall 919, which is carried out near Eastern Fault. The recorded values of speed and acceleration of ground vibra- tions at surface stations caused by the analyzed mining tremors differed from the expected val- ues calculated from the empirical formulas. An attempt was made to correlate the obtained results from surface stations with a focal mechanism of shocks and its depths, striving to take into account the influence of Eastern Fault.
