Psychological Aspects of Informing Victims Families of Accident in Mining Industry Heavy and fatal accidents in mining can be analysed in many ways. The psychological and social context is peculiar. For this circumstance the selected employees are to be delegated by the mining entrepreneur among the others, as obligatory task of informing about the fact those close to the injured person. From a psychological point of view, looking through the prism of the subjective feelings of the notifying delegation members, this obligation should be specified a difficult task to do and a strong mental strain. Therefore, the group compilation should not be accidental and its members should be ready to take the duty and important social competence and psychological abilities. The training and substantive preparation in the discussed area is a help. Meet the above conditions is a necessary requirement for the delegation members in- forming victims' families to suffer the smallest possible emotional costs of this situation, huma- nely and professionally fulfilled the task, proudly representing the employer.
