Wdrażanie ciągników typu CA-190 z akumulatorem litowym typu VOLTER przyczyni się do zwiększenia efektywności wykonywanych prac oraz wpłynie na poprawę bezpieczeństwa pracy załóg górniczych i ergonomii pracy. Ciągnik akumulatorowy CA-190 wraz z akumulatorem typu VOLTER znajduje się w ofercie firmy Becker Warkop sp. z o.o. od drugiej połowy 2020 roku. Do chwili obecnej w polskich kopalniach wprowadzono do eksploatacji trzy ciągniki tego typu. Ciągniki te, dzięki swoim walorom uzyskały pozytywną ocenę użytkowników. Wdrożenie ciągnika typu CA-190 zasilanego z akumulatora typu VOLTER spotyka się również ze sporym zainteresowaniem, na rynkach zagranicznych. The innovative monorail battery locomotive CA-190 powered by the lithium battery VOLTER ABSTRACT: The article characterizes the battery locomotive CA-190 powered by the lithium battery VOLTER, which is designed for monorail transport of machine elements, materials and haulage of people. Battery locomotive CA-190 powered by the lithium battery VOLTER is an innovative design in line with current trends in transport development in the global mining industry. Its own power supply eliminates the use of electric or hydraulic power cables that limited range of locomotive application. An innovative solution is the method of charging the battery during standstill, directly from the mine power mains with 500V, 1000V three-phase voltage. The use of batteries as an energy source limits the negative impact on the mining envi- ronment by not emitting exhaust fumes and significantly reducing noise and heat generation. The implementation of the locomotive CA-190 contributes to increasing the efficiency of the work performed and improves the safety and work ergonomics of the mining crews.
