W oparciu o pozytywne doświadczenia eksploatacyjne, ZG „Lubin” jest w przededniu wykonania operacji wymiany zużytej okładziny gumowej na okładzinę z wkładkami ceramicznymi na przenośniku taśmowym C-242. Operational Experience in Application of REMAGRIP Ceramic Lining in Belt Conveyors Of KGHM ZANAM Company Design Used in KGHM Polska Miedź O/ZG “Lubin” ABSTRACT: The basis for the operation of belt conveyors is the coupling of the rotational movement of the drive drum and the conveyor belt. In order to ensure the appropriate magnitude of coupling even under unfavourable operating conditions, efforts are being made to use linings with high frictional properties that ensure good frictional coupling even under the adverse operating conditions encountered in underground mining plants. At Lubin Mine, the REMAGRIP ceramic lining was used for the first time in a project to build an effective conveyor in place of the rubber linings used to date.
