EPR spectra of DPPH interacting with the infusion of the mixture containing teasel ( D. fullonum ) herb, echinacea ( E. purpurea ) herb, and elderberry ( S. nigra ) fruit, for the plant material after UVA irradiation. The infusions of the plant mixture quenche free radicals and the EPR spectra of DPPH decrease.
