Comparison of the minimal relative amplitudes (A/A DPPH ) min of EPR spectra of DPPH free radicals interacting with infusions of control raw materials and raw materials obtained from disturbed habitats. Data for the time of DPPH interaction with infusions of 80 min. The stronger antioxidant interactions characterized infusions of the tested raw materials obtained from disturbed habitats. The infusions of Arctostaphylos uva-ursi the strongest quench free radicals. The infusions of the Vaccinium myrtillus the weakest quench free radicals. These correlations were observed for both control raw materials and for the raw materials obtained from disturbed habitats.
