The aim of this work The aim of this work is to present electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy (EPR) as the method of examination of interactions of antioxidants with free radicals. The examples of EPR application in medicine, taking into account our earlier studies , will be shown. The new direction of research carried out by our team regarding antioxidants in plants growing in disturbed areas will be shown.
