Oximetry in medicine and carbonization process causing large aromatic strucures formation Large aromatic units in organic substance are formed throught condensation reactions at high temperatures. The condensation occurs with the participation of free radcials. The changes in free radical system may be examined by the use of electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy (EPR).
