Thermal transformations in chemical structure and free radical systems in vitrinites with different size of aromatic units as the plant materials differ in degree of carbonization Smidt J., van Krevelen D. The influence of temperature of heating of vitrinites with different carbon contents and different chemical structures on free radical concentration (N) and linewidth ΔB pp . Thermal free radical transformations are the weakest in organic substance of vitrinites with the low (71.1% C) and high (95.1% C) contents of aromatic units. Changes in chemical strutures are the strongest in medium carbonized plant materials as the vitrinite (85.1 % C) heated above 400 o C.
