INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS

School of Underground Exploitation (SEP) is the biggest mining conference in Poland, gathering 400 to 500 participants every year and directed to both people directly working in the mineral industry (mines exploiting coal, lignite, copper, rock quarries) and supporting the industry (subcontractors, trading companies, research institutes and universities, government agencies).

The main goal of School is to propagate new solutions in the fields of technology and economics of explitation of useful minerals, both at the stage of research studies and in practical implementations.

For many years School of Underground Exploitation has been a forum of exchange of thoughts and opinions between institutions operating in the mining industry as well as a place where innovative technical solutions are presented.

The participants should fill the PARTICIPANT FORM and send it to the organizer.

INFORMATION FOR THE AUTHORS

The deadline for sending papers is set on 15.01.2012

The paper should be submitted through filling of the FORM FOR THE AUTHORS (title, author(s), abstract).

The article will be published in electronic form and put in School of Underground Exploitation conference materials and on a CD after it is approved by the Organizational Committee.

Participation in the proceedings is possible through filling the PARTICIPANT FORM and following the guidelines included in that document (download  PARTICIPANT FORM)

Our Dear Authors are obliged to:

• Send the filled FORM FOR THE AUTHORS
• Send the paper (up to 10 pages of A-4 format) before 15.01.2012 (download PAPER FORMAT)
• Present the paper in form of a lecture not longer than 20 minutes

POSSIBILITIES OF COOPERATION:

• Advertisments during School
  • 30-minute presentation of commercial activity of your Company
  • exhibition stand
  • promotional evening
  • sponsorship of the evening concert (music concert)
• Publishing an advertisement inside School’s Informational Bulletin (twice a year)
• Publishing an advertisement (company’s logo and a short information) in the School of Underground Exploitation Calendar
• Publishing an advertisement in School’s conference materials on a CD (B-5, colour, circulation 450 pcs.)
• Putting a logo of your Company on participants’ badges
• Putting a logo of your Company in the conference programme
• Putting a logo of your Company on conference „gadgets”
• Printing and sending invitations (A-6 format) to a presentation, promotional evening or an exhibition
• Inserting materials to the conference folders
