The Living Labs in Europe is the network that is grownig up to this day. Living labs operate as places of scientific observation and experiment that are meant as centers of links among research institutions, citizens, local administration, companies, and regions for the joint value of ecosystem services co-creation, rapid prototyping, or validation to scale up innovation and business. Living labs have common elements but multiple different implementations and understanding the novel ecosystem functioning.
