It is becoming increasingly important to prepare the economy and society to function in environmental conditions that go beyond the range of variability characteristic of previous decades. The growth of forecast uncertainty generates threats to business activity and additional costs of conducting it. Social expectations towards enterprises and the external costs of their activities are also changing. The paper discusses good practices in the field of adaptation to climate change and increasing the resilience of the society-environment-economy system to the effects of climate change. It indicates examples of possibilities for including the above-mentioned activities in ESG reports of enterprises. It emphasizes the importance of initiatives in the field of adaptation to climate change in CSR programs of enterprises.
